Refunds and Returns

Any unused item can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.

To return your item please follow the steps below:

  1. Log into "My Account" page.
  2. Select “Orders”
  3. Select “Refund” on the corresponding order
  4. Fills out "Refund Request Form" by selecting the item you wish to return

After the Refund Request Form has been filled out you will receive an email from shop@bayflatslodge.com confirming your return request.

Within 24-48 hours you will be emailed a prepaid return label for your item(s).

Refunded amounts will be applied to the original payment method used for ordering. You can expect a full refund to your credit card 7 to 14 days after we receive your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.

An $8.00 shipping charge will be collected if you use the UPS shipping label in your original order, or if a new one needs to be sent to you. Often this label is less expensive than the typical cost to mail an item back yourself. If a packing slip or return shipping label was not included in your original package or if it has been misplaced, please contact shop@bayflatslodge.com.

If you would like to send the order back yourself, please send it to the address below, with your order number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
