AN UNPARALLELLED WATERFOWL EXPERIENCE
You’ll be hunting in a leading staging area along the western edge of the Gulf of Mexico, where waterfowl travel up and down the coast each winter. This stretch of coastline is home to incredible numbers of native ducks, as well as migrating Gadwall, Widgeon, Pintail, Canvasback, Redhead and Teal.
WORLD-CLASS FLY FISHING
SIGHT FISHING FOR REDFISH DOESN'T GET BETTER THAN THIS
You’ll traverse the vast and extensive marshy backcountry of Matagorda Island while our guides push you silently along in a technical poling skiff, on the lookout for tailing redfish in clear shallow water.

After a long day outside, you’ll lay your head down for a rest in luxury-hotel quality beds and spacious rooms that you’ll be dreaming about long after you’ve gone.
BAY-TO-TABLE DINING
FRESH IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT
Once you’ve spent the day landing a fish on the fly or hunting 13 species of birds, you’ll come back to chef-prepared bay shrimp, softshell crabs, oysters or your own catch of the day, grilled to perfection.

A WARM WELCOME
FROM THE CAPTAIN
For the last 25 years, my wife Deb and I have been hosting anglers and hunters on our coastal property in Seadrift, Texas. Nothing makes us happier than sharing this incredible ecosystem with our guests.
We grew the lodge from humble beginnings to a 20,000 square foot seaside paradise. Today, we can host up to 56 people for action-packed days on the water, creating memories that will stay with you for the long haul. We don’t know what you’ll love more, landing a redfish or limiting out on ducks. Afterwards, come back to the lodge, put your feet up by the fire, and share tales from the day over a delicious dinner fresh caught from the bay.
We can’t wait to welcome you to the lodge.
Yours in service,
Capt. Chris Martin
