- Take Highway 59 to Ganado
- Exit Highway 59 at Highway 172
- Take Highway 172 South to Highway 35
- Turn right and take Highway 35 through Port Lavaca to Highway 185
- Turn left and take Highway 185 to Seadrift
- Continue on 185 through Seadrift approximately 1.0 mile to Dierlam Road
- Turn right onto Dierlam and travel 0.25 miles to Old Settlement Road
- Turn left onto Old Settlement Road and travel 1.25 miles to Swan Point Road
- Turn right onto Swan Point Road and travel 1.6 Miles to the new back entrance into Swan Point Landing - DO NOT attempt to enter Swan Point Landing though the front gate. You must enter through the new back entrance that the neighborhood has provided us.
- Turn right at West Wind Ln. - it's the gravel road just before getting to the Bill Sanders Park.
- Take Highway 183 to Highway 87 in Cuero
- Take Highway 87 South to Victoria
- In Victoria, take Highway 185 South to Seadrift
- Continue on 185 through Seadrift approximately 1.0 mile to Dierlam Road
- Turn right on Dierlam and travel 0.25 miles to Old Settlement Road
- Turn left on Old Settlement Road and travel 1.25 miles to Swan Point Road
- Turn right onto Swan Point Road and travel 1.6 Miles to the new back entrance into Swan Point Landing - DO NOT attempt to enter Swan Point Landing though the front gate. You must enter through the new back entrance that the neighborhood has provided us.
- Turn right at West Wind Ln. - it's the gravel road just before getting to the Bill Sanders Park
- Take Highway 87 South to Victoria
- In Victoria take Highway 185 South to Seadrift
- Continue on 185 through Seadrift approximately 1.0 mile to Dierlam Road
- Turn right on Dierlam and travel 0.25 miles to Old Settlement Road
- Turn left on Old Settlement Road and travel 1.25 miles to Swan Point Road
