With a deep-rooted passion for the outdoors and an unwavering love for fishing, Captain Conner Hedrick exemplifies the dedication and craftsmanship that define Bay Flats Lodge. From an early age, Conner developed an appreciation for the bay through countless days on the water that shaped both his respect for the environment and his commitment to the sport.
Conner’s pursuit of excellence in fishing began during his high school years, when he spent extensive time studying the bay system and refining his skills. Driven to continually improve, he later attended Captain School, where he strengthened his technical knowledge and professional foundation as a guide.
As an integral member of the Bay Flats Lodge team, Conner brings a thoughtful, guest-focused approach rooted in preparation, precision, and consistency. His time on the water has provided a comprehensive understanding of the standards and attention to detail required to deliver a first-class fishing experience.
When he’s not guiding guests to productive days on the bay, Conner can often be found fishing with close friends and family. His strong work ethic, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm for the sport make him a standout guide at Bay Flats Lodge. Whether welcoming seasoned anglers or first-time guests, Captain Conner is committed to delivering safe, memorable, and rewarding experiences on the water.
