Bay Flats Lodge on San Antonio Bay
Capt. Chris Martin
In running a business in today’s very competitive markets, employees mean everything to a company. This is why you should treat your employees like your most loyal customers. In other words, treat your employees as well as you do your best customers. The employees are the ones making the magic happen.
It always impresses me when a company shows their employees they truly care about them – and not just about what they can get out of them. Employees go the extra mile.
Bay Flats Lodge hosted returning homebuilders while they entertained 65 employees over the past 2 days to show their appreciation. Great food, accommodations and fun fishing resulted in an awesome time for the employees and employer.

Slower Wednesday with 25 to 30 mph SW then SE winds and 25 gallons of fuel so to say we covered ground would be minimizing it. Crew was up for the game but we fell short on our take having to cut it off early. Same customer rolling in new anglers today so with lower wind maybe we put enough time in yesterday to reap the benefits?
Capt. Cooper Hartmann
Had to battle the 30 mph winds, but scratched out some solids.
Capt. Jeffery Garner
Slow bite with high winds trout were found over sand and grass.
Remember, “Fishing here is not about challenging your fishing limits, but about the art of relaxation.” Good luck, and tight lines to you all…!
