Strong offshore flow and chaotic seas will continue early this morning over the coastal waters. Conditions will improve from west to east this afternoon. Wind will become light tonight as the center of a surface high-pressure system enters the waters from the west. Light and variable wind will prevail Thursday. Light winds will briefly transition to the northeast on Friday before an onshore flow returns Friday night through the weekend.
