Gotta love the speckled trout bite in April when the wind let’s us enjoy steady action…Friday was no exception… BFL hosting a framing company on a ditto trip from last Friday as three gents stirred late morning due to customer revelers and came bright eyes and ready to git r done. Fifteen in the box by 10:15, we spent the late morning chasing redfish…one spit it back at us near the boat PUTCHUII!!! and another popped the line but all in all a fantastic day of sport for these Austin boys on a day we swooped them away from work. Thanks guys and see ya next year!!
Capt. Billy Freudensprung
Had a steady action day of catching. Trout caught over shell , drifting with shrimp under a popping cork and a bonus red.
