Chris- Just a quick note of thanks to you and your crew for our recent fishing adventure. Bay Flats Lodge is a first class facility and Deb, Sherman and staff went well beyond our expectations to make us feel at home. Capt. David McClelland was great. The knowledge he posses with the hands-on approach he takes to do his job make him a valuable asset and reflect superbly on your operation. I will recommend Bay Flats Lodge to my friends, family, and customers. I look forward to future trips with you guys. Thanks again for a great trip, I look forward to coming down soon. Chris - I wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know what a great time we had this weekend at the lodge. Jackson and Walker had a blast on their first fishing trip. I also wanted to let you know how great Harold was as a guide for the boys. He kept them busy and on fish which kept them interested the entire trip. I couldn\'t believe that they stayed out for 6 hours (and probably could have gone longer). Please pass along my appreciation to Harold. We look forward to our next trip. Tyler Sutliff

Bill Morgan and I along with Steve Heflin, Greg Lewis and Gustavo Arredondo embarked on the first Allen & Allen Fishing Trip. We arrived at the Bay Flats Lodge on Wednesday April 3rd and were greeted by the owners of the lodge Capt. Chris Martin and his wife Debbie. After dinner we got to know each of our guests much better as we sat around the Fire Pit and exchanged stories. We retired for the evening and woke up the next morning anxious for our fishing guides to arrive. Bill and Steve Heflin went in one boat and decided to try their luck wade fishing while Greg, Gustavo and I went with another guide and decided to fish from the boat. That really wasn’t a hard decision for us especially after hearing about the nice size alligators that they have in that area. Our guests caught some nice trout and redfish and overall the trip was a huge success.

Chris, Coddy and Bill couldn’t say enough about how well they were treated and what a first class operation you have. Chris, I was part of the group from MLN this past weekend. Just wanted to say thanks for a wonderful time. The food and service were excellent, especially the redfish the second night and the spicy shrimp appetizers. I just wanted to call special attention to our guide, Chris. He did a fantastic job, got us a lot of fish, and was a pleasure to visit with. My partner and I were not what you would call experienced fishermen and he understood that and didn’t make us feel bad about it. He even let me borrow his shoes when mine were too slick. Chris, I want to thank you and Deb and your staff for a wonderful stay at you beautiful lodge. The food and hospitality are all first class! I want to give Capt. Chris Castillo a special thank you for making Zach’s first bay fishing experience memorable, enjoyable, and very productive. Capt. Chris is a first class guide that understands the limitations of novice fishermen and was patient and willing to teach Zach how to catch fish. As you know, to a novice, catching is very important and Capt. Chris was willing to go that extra mile to insure that Zach caught lots of fish; even fishing from dawn to dusk! Zach is now a certified fisherman that is hooked on the feel and sound of a big Red stripping off drag and that first run! Thank you again and the “Braid Train” will be back! Andy and Zach LoweCapt. On 3/21/08 T.J took Ken Hall , Mike Scanlin and Dennis Rawson out and put us on the reds. It was fantastic and I would like to have some of the pictures that he took of us when we hooked up all at the same time with oversized reds. There is some shots of the three of us holding the reds and one shot with Mike Scanlin with his red.
