Steve Nixon-Guide

Captain Steve Nixon has been fishing and hunting south Texas for over 35 years. Fishing freshwater and saltwater, hunting north, south and west areas of Texas. Fish in the comfort from a 22-foot Mosca tunnel v bay raider outfitted with a 150 hp Yamaha motor. The best of both worlds enjoy a smooth ride while still being able reach all those shallow area for the really big ones.  

Steve loves to share his knowledge of fishing and waterfowl hunting with others. He enjoys taking people fishing, duck hunting and makes sure his clients have a wonderful time, while sharing this adventure with everyone. Steve specializes in fishing live bait, artificial presentation while targeting trout and reds. He can accommodate wade, drift or boat fisherman. Your hunting trip will be memorable whether you’re hunting ducks or fishing with Steve. 

Steve is US Coast Guard licensed Captain, holds a TPW guide license. Certified in CPR & first aid. Steve attended Dale Carnegie training “How to win friends and influence people.”
